This Refund Policy explains how JwlProdShot handles refunds, credit reversals, and billing reviews for subscriptions and one-time credit-pack purchases.
1. Digital Service Nature
JwlProdShot is a digital AI imaging service. Purchases are used to reserve processing capacity, generate outputs, and maintain account access. Because of that, charges are generally non-refundable once processing capacity has been consumed or credits have been delivered.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscription charges are billed in advance for the applicable billing period
- You may cancel renewal before the next billing date
- Canceling stops future renewals but does not normally create a refund for the current billing period
- If a duplicate subscription charge or billing mistake occurs, contact us and we will review it
3. Credit Packs
- Credit packs are one-time purchases
- Once credits are delivered to your account, they are generally non-refundable
- Credit-pack validity, if shown on the site or checkout, applies from the date of purchase
4. Technical Failures
If JwlProdShot deducts credits because of a technical issue on our side and does not deliver the usable outputs that were charged for:
- we may automatically return credits for the undelivered portion
- we may manually restore credits after review
- we may provide another appropriate remedy when necessary
Partial generations are handled proportionally: successful outputs may be kept, and credits for the failed portion may be returned.
5. When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds are not guaranteed, but we may review requests involving:
- duplicate charges
- processor errors
- confirmed platform-side billing mistakes
- clear technical failure where no usable result was delivered and an automatic credit correction did not occur
6. When Refunds Are Normally Not Available
Refunds are normally not provided for:
- dissatisfaction based solely on style preference after usable outputs were delivered
- user mistakes in uploaded files, instructions, or selected settings
- failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
- partially used or already consumed digital credits
7. How To Request a Review
Please email support@jwlprodshot.com and include:
- your account email
- order, checkout, or invoice identifier
- the approximate charge date
- a short explanation of the issue
We will review eligible cases within a reasonable time and may request additional information if needed.
8. Payment Processor and Chargebacks
Payments may be processed by approved third-party providers, including Creem or Stripe. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can review the issue quickly. Filing an unnecessary chargeback after usable credits or outputs were delivered may lead to account restrictions while the matter is reviewed.
