Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Service Scope

JwlProdShot provides AI-assisted image generation workflows focused on jewelry ecommerce and related merchandising use cases. Outputs may include white-background images, virtual wearing visuals, lifestyle scenes, detail close-ups, and mixed launch-set outputs.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Credits, Plans, and Billing

3.1 Payments

Payments are processed by approved third-party providers. Charges may appear on your statement as JWLPRODSHOT or as identified by the payment processor used at checkout.

3.2 Credit Usage

Credits are consumed when you initiate generation or other paid workflows. Credit usage may vary based on workflow, output count, selected resolution, and plan access rules in effect at the time of the request.

3.3 Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. If you cancel, your subscription benefits generally continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not create a recurring subscription unless clearly labeled otherwise. Unless we clearly state a different validity period at checkout, credit-pack balances remain valid for 365 days from purchase.

3.5 Credit Validity

Trial, promotional, referral, restored, and subscription credits may each follow different validity windows. The current validity shown inside your account dashboard controls. Subscription balances typically refresh with the active billing cycle, while one-time credit-pack balances remain valid for the period shown at purchase.

3.6 Refunds

Because credits are tied to digital processing capacity, purchases are generally non-refundable. If credits are deducted because of a technical issue on our side and no usable result is delivered, contact support@jwlprodshot.com and we may restore credits or provide another appropriate remedy.

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the source images, text, and other materials you upload. Subject to these Terms, you own the generated outputs delivered to your account.

4.2 License to Operate the Service

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, reproduce, and display your content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

4.3 Your Responsibilities

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use the content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, platform policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, and disclosure obligations in the markets where you do business.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use JwlProdShot to:

• Violate laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights
• Upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or misleading material
• Misrepresent goods, ownership, authenticity, certifications, or product attributes
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform or its providers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or create risk for the Service.

6. Output Review and Commercial Use

JwlProdShot is designed to support commercial workflows, but output quality and compliance can vary. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it in listings, ads, email, packaging, social posts, or other materials. We recommend human review before live publication, especially in regulated or high-value markets.

7. No Legal, Regulatory, or Marketplace Guarantee

While the Service is designed to support common ecommerce use cases, we do not guarantee that any output will satisfy every marketplace rule, advertising standard, customs rule, consumer-protection requirement, or legal obligation in every country or region.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JwlProdShot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, business interruption, marketplace penalties, or reputational harm arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
