3. Image Data and AI Processing

Your uploaded jewelry images and generated outputs are processed to deliver the workflows you request.

• We store source files, generated outputs, and related generation metadata in our infrastructure so you can access account history and downloads
• We may use service providers for storage, compute, email, analytics, and payment processing
• We do not use your uploaded product images to train third-party foundation models without your explicit consent
• We may retain metadata, prompts, settings, and logs for reliability, fraud prevention, billing verification, and service improvement

3.1 Shopify App Data

If you install the JwlProdShot Shopify app, we process the Shopify shop domain, app installation status, granted access scopes, encrypted Shopify Admin API token, staff session identifiers, selected product and media identifiers, generated image job metadata, and Shopify Billing subscription status. We use this information only to operate the embedded app, read selected products, create generated product media when you request it, process Shopify Billing, and handle app security and support.

We do not store Shopify customer records for the app's core image-generation workflow. Shopify privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, shop redaction, and app uninstall events are handled through our backend so merchant and platform privacy requirements can be honored.

4. International Use

JwlProdShot serves users in multiple regions, including North America, Europe, Latin America, East Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Depending on where you use the service, your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to support lawful cross-border handling of personal data.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only where necessary to operate the service, including with providers for hosting, storage, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and payment processing. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
